All our products are packed in a grey mailing bag and dispatched through standard 5- 7 days courier services, For economical and fast delivery most of our mattresses are folded, packed & dispatched, it will take a few hours after unpacking and the product will retain its original shape,

Please check carefully while you receive these packages and ensure the packaging or product is not damaged through transit, in case of any damage refuse delivery and you will be eligible for a full refund.

We advise our customers to check the size of the product and make sure they fit the bed before unpacking from their clear polythene packaging.

we do accept returns if,

• The product size you ordered was different than the one we dispatched.
• The product you ordered was the same one we dispatched but it doesn't fit your bed it was a mistake in calculation from you and the product returned was not opened and remains packed in its original clear transparent packaging
• The product delivered to you was damaged or defective
• The product delivered to you was not up to your expectations and was returned back in it's original form.
