All our products are carefully packed in a grey mailing bag and dispatched via standard courier services within 1 working day of placing the order.
For economical and fast delivery, most of our mattresses are folded for packaging. After unpacking, please allow a few hours for the mattress to regain its original shape.
Receiving Your Order

- If the packaging or product is damaged during transit, refuse delivery to qualify for a full refund.
